Bee your Honey's honey is the middle-stage honey. It is interpreted as "the honey harvested in the middle of the flowering period". It is also the period when the flowers are the best, the nectar is the most fragrant, and will not be mixed with other flower species. We use 8 days to harvest. The nutritional value of the honey collected once is also high, and the fragrance is also very sufficient, and the intermediate honey is usually used to participate in the international certified honey competition, because the value is better than the first stage honey and the last stage honey in many aspects, and the price is also high.

1. Harvest days
Beekeepers distinguish between different times of harvesting honey. The first harvest is called "first stage honey", when the flowers are in full bloom, it is called "middle stage honey", and when the flowers are about to wither, it is called "tail stage honey". . And this is also a distinction between levels.

2. Beekeeper trading and tasting
In general procurement methods, beekeepers will be asked to send samples to taste. We will decide whether to purchase according to the aroma, color, taste, harvesting period, etc. of honey, not the quantity of honey to determine the price. Honey is graded like tea leaves. Good honey is light amber in color, high in nutritional value and rich in flavor.
However, many of the cheaper honeys on the market are darker in color, and their nutritional value and taste are not as good as fresh honey.
3. Storage method
Generally, manufacturers who purchase honey will store honey at room temperature or outdoors, which will reduce the color, quality and freshness of honey.
The color of honey stored at room temperature will become darker and darker, showing a brown color, and the quality will begin to deteriorate, while the color and quality of honey stored in frozen storage will be the same as fresh honey at room temperature, showing a light amber color.
Bee your Honey's honey is stored in a professional freezer storage (minus 25°C). We send the honey stored in the freezer storage for inspection and testing. The results show that the quality is exactly the same as the fresh honey, while the honey stored in the room temperature warehouse or outdoors , after the test shows
The quality is not as good as fresh honey. In order to maintain the freshness and nutritional value of honey, we choose to store honey in frozen storage, but the relative cost will increase a lot.
4. Packaging material
Generally, honey manufacturers use cheaper bottles to pack honey. In order to reduce costs, plasticizers must be added to enhance the toughness of the bottle due to the thin material of the cheap bottles. Bee your Honey uses thick bottles as packaging materials. Due to the strong toughness, no plasticizer is required, but the cost is relatively doubled
5. Price
China is the world's largest exporter of honey, but it is found that the quality of honey is relatively poor, while the sales of Taiwanese honey manufacturers in mainland China are high, because mainland Chinese people prefer Taiwan's high-quality honey.
